Vintage Shop & Tearoom Guisborough Dunsdale // Lifestyle Post

Before Christmas I visited a beautiful little tearoom and vintage shop near where I live. It’s run by lovely friendly ladies and also on site there is a farm shop, regular markets, range of classes, courses & therapies, and boutique camping at Baby Moon. Type in Field Good into facebook and there page should come up.

I’ve visited twice now and really enjoyed going to have a hot chocolate or gingerbread latte. They also have a great selection of homemade cakes. As the keen photographer and blogger I am I decided to bring my camera on both visits and was pleased with the images produced.

The shop and tearoom is stunning. I love how the ladies hung all different garments, jewellery and homeware. It’s just gorgeous! Does this place look like somewhere you would like to visit? Xxx

Clothing & Beauty Jan/Feb Collective Haul

January has been a more indulgent month than most and I picked up some things that I know I’ll really wear and get my use out of.

First I bought two watches one for day time and one for special occasions. My last watch is in pieces it really needs to be binned. I’m so happy with these ones from next and the rose gold one in particular looks a lot more than it actually is price wise.

I love my new dressing gown for wrapping up in when it’s cold indoors or if I want to cuddle up in while watching TV on a night. This addition from next is going to be well worn!

I picked up a standard soft green hoody from Peacocks. It’s just one of those items which I know I’ll live in and have been already – ha! And the socks (from the men’s section) are so cosy and better quality than primark ones.

I picked up some beauty bits, an old fav are the No7 wipes which I sometimes buy when they come on offer and I’ve been trying out a new shampoo which I will reveal my thoughts sometime soon!

The grey ribbed body con has a turtle neck and I’ve noticed this is a fashionable trend at the mo. I sized up by two sizes for a more loose fit which I could wear with leggings and boots during the day.

Last but not least I purchased a vintage style lace top from Dorothy Perkins. I loved the detail and pretty feminine style. When I got home I wasn’t 100% on it but I think I’ll ride it out as it might be quite nice to wear in spring time.

What have been your Jan/Feb splurges? See anything you like from my haul? Xx
